The Three-Nine-Four apartment and senior-housing complex won approval this week from the Golden Valley City Council, clearing the way for a groundbreaking.
Sun Newspapers reports on the council hearing, which included a turnout of residents worried about the size and traffic generated by the project. The site is located at the northwest corner of the Highway 100 and Interstate 394 intersection.
The six-story project, called Three-Nine-Four, is being developed by Global One Commercial and Denver-based Forum Real Estate Group. It will include 303 apartment units along with 125 units in an adjacent, seven-story senior living builidng.
