Cameron Mitchell reserves space for two restaurants at Bridge Park development in Dublin

Crawford Hoying is planning a mixed-use development with residential, office, retail, hotel and conference space, plus restaurants, including two from Cameron Mitchell.

Crawford Hoying Development Partners has a familiar restaurant operator keen on its massive Bridge Park development proposed along Riverside Drive in Dublin.
Principal Brent Crawford told me that Cameron Mitchell Restaurants wants to have two eateries among the 40,000 square feet of food and beverage space planned for the development.
No leases, yet.
“We just haven’t had a chance to finalize the leases yet,” Crawford said in an email.
He also passed along this statement from the David Miller, executive vice president of the restaurateur: “Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is excited about the Bridge Park development. We are in detailed talks to bring two restaurant concepts as well as handling all catering for the convention center.”
“Having a strong presence in Dublin has been a goal of the company for a number of years,” Miller added, “so this location fits well with our expansion plans.”
There you have it.
I hope to write more on the $300 million Bridge Park project Wednesday, so check back.
