Position:
This Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models and forecasts, profit & loss statements, cash flow and balance sheets. Position will also be responsible for fund and investor reporting.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal & communication skills and be able to work closely with investors and representatives.
Requirements:
The successful candidate for the Financial Analyst role must have a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.* A masters degree, MBA, and/or professional certification a plus. Must have three plus years of experience in a financial analyst role, experience in commercial real estate desired. Strong Microsoft Excel is required.
