PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for the development of strategic occupancy and migration plans in support of enterprise and real estate strategies, ensuring that space use is optimized, that appropriate structured vacancy is available and that business needs are addressed effectively and efficiently. This individual is focused on ensuring that workplace goals successfully progress as they are translated into initiatives and immediate business responses. This role will also assist in the development of non-traditional work environment solutions.
JOB DUTIES

  • Plans occupancy for major campus environments. Understands and integrates individual business needs with enterprise strategies.
  • Develops 3 and 5 year occupancy plans based on strategy guidance from leadership to include identification of triggering drivers and migration sequencing activities.
  • Identifies solutions for client requests in a timely and cost effective manner that aligns with the strategic vision. Develops solutions that meet SLOs and annual occupancy plans including preliminary scopes to enable development of capital and expense plans by others.
  • Translates high level roadmaps to specific action plans and ensures coordination of activities amongst partners. Serves as the strategic perspective and provides standards, master planning and work styles guidance to operational and D&C project teams.
  • Translates data from multiple sources to easily understandable reports and presentations, both periodic and ad hoc, on space occupancy, workplace effectiveness and other benchmarks. Manages standards exceptions, identifies and ensures tactical requests are handled in accordance with established guidelines and plans.
  • Acts as change agent and advisor on pilots and initiatives, especially those involving non-traditional environments. Develops space forecasts and monthly informational and graphic metric and progress reports.
  • Supports and represents leadership on broader strategic workplace initiatives, including development of analytics and presentations. Works with cross-functional teams and monitor data. Assists or leads pre and post occupancy studies and activities.
